Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you can, baby! However, you can only return non-sale bags. Jewelry and bags on sale cannot be returned.
You can return your purchase and we will issue you a refund so as long as you meet the following guidelines:
- You will be responsible for the delivery fees to Halo Halo Baby Pte. Ltd.
- The items for return must reach us within 10 calendar days from the time the goods were delivered for local Singapore orders or 20 days for international orders.
- Tags should not be unaltered or should be intact.
- If any of the returned items are not in good condition and show signs of wear, we will send the item back to you and we will not allow a refund.
How do I make the return?
Just follow these easy steps, baby:
- Email us at email@example.com and let us know you will be returning an item. Please also let us know why you will be returning it. Shortly, we will send you the address where you should send it back to.
- Pack the item and send to the address. Please ensure you can trace the package, baby. We won’t be responsible for lost parcels. Hope you understand.
- We will send you an email once your return has been processed. We will process your return within 14 working days from the time we receive the package.
